Today is the 34th anniversary of the #PanAm103 bombing.

Today I was looking through some of my photos and came upon this one. He was one of the passengers onboard #PanAm103. Does anyone have the case number for the #PanAm103 bomb maker case in DC? This is the original case and my docket searches don't find the new case. Did anyone actually attend the first appearance? See an indictment?

So, if Masud has confessed, albeit under torture, to buying the clothes that were packed in the suitcase with the bomb that brought down #Panam103 then Abdelbaset al #Megrahi clearly didn't.

I'd like to see what folks are saying about that, yet regardless of variation, #lockerbie & #PanAm103 produce zero results when searched.

I can maybe believe that no one on my instance is discussing this, but no one at all? 🫤

I was booked on this plane with colleagues; changed our tickets at midnight before morning departure to another flight direct into ATL. A NYC colleague rebooked onto the Concorde and was reprimanded for the extra expense. So many university students and others returning home for the holidays lost.

Today marks the 30th anniversary of the Lockerbie Bombing.

On December 21 1988 a bomb exploded on Pan Am Flight 103 as it was flying over Scotland, en-route to New York & Detroit. The plane crashed on the town of Lockerbie.

All 243 passengers and 16 crew were killed. A further 11 people in Lockerbie were killed when the remains of the plane came down. The remaining fuel caused a fireball in the town.
