Making up for a belated #PancakeTuesday by attempting to eat my own weight in pancakes!! 🤣

Always one to break from tradition, I went for Jeon (Korean pancakes) for #PancakeTuesday, with a simple @yondu.uk , lemon juice, sesame oil and seeds dip. This made two jeon packed with chillis, peas, peppers, carrot, shallots and more Yondu. Stuff your sweet guff, these rock!

That was very tasty. Added some sour cream to the batter in place of some of the milk, and used olive oil instead of melted butter.

Not sure if sausages are legit for the traditional supper, but they always go so well with pancakes & maple syrup, so gotta do that.
