#Hematology question: How can a doc decide that #pancytopenia is autoimmune in origin w/o doing a bone marrow to r/o other etiologies? Pt has centromere pattern ANA and worsening pancytopenia. Does Heme usually treat this or #rheumatology? Thx for direction #MedMastodon #oncology
