@mikemc303 @Techaltar It would be possible in the span of a few months to solve both the housing crisis and the need for so much commute if the will was there (there's so much empty pre-flattened land to go around).

The science of building & setting up #PanelBlocks is fairly mature by now.

Yes that means #CarDependent suburbs would need to be abandoned, they were never going to be sustainable.

(#Streetcar / #tram suburbs can work somewhat.)
