I’m eating alone for an early dinner tonight and that means #meatball grinders. I mix lean meat with #mozzarella, #garlic and Italian #panko so they don’t dry out. I toughen them up in the roast setting of my #airfryer 🤤 because I don’t like mushy meatballs. olive oil spray keeps them from sticking to the foil.

#Panko #MahiMahi #fish with a mixed green #salad, coriander and lime dressing, and broccoli with oyster sauce and sesame oil, and toasted cashews.
It’s a simple recipe with some extra odd pieces of fish that were in the freezer, plus some greens and broccoli that also needed to be used. Not a bad meal for clearing out the inventory.

In die feuchte Panade kommt u.a. Harrisa und Haferdrink. Soll ein cooler Snack sein. Dazu vegane Majonaise mit #GranLuchitoChipotlePaste. Das wird sicher ein Fest. Will das jemand sehen?
