Pity this abomination of an industrial unit had to be built on the opposite bank - annual panoramas from roughly the same spot show how it's changed from 2021, to 2022, and now. Hopefully foliage will grow to obscure this to some degree. But it's very noticeable on the skyline for miles around.

It is both a fine place to explore at ground level with a dog 🐕 and good to view from above with excellent views of the surrounding area... after a short but steep climb back up ☺️

Heres a fun* thing, two different #panoramas of #Scotland taken just a few hours apart on my journey back home to #Skye this week. Both looking vaguely South.
One from an early morning walk up to #EdinburghCastle the other, a few hours on a #Scotrail service later, at Loch Claunie, Glen Moriston in the #highlands.
(*I use the word 'fun' very loosely here, it amused me a bit when I realised they were both facing the same way 😄)

🇩🇪 I’ve been processing more #panoramas. Here’s an odd one from when I used to live in #Idstein, in #Germany’s #Taunus Mountains. The panorama effect makes it looks like the sun is shining from two different directions. These half-timbered houses managed to escape WWII, as did the entire historic district.
