Looking for that thick, chewy, pan pizza crust reminiscent of the late 70s/early 80s Pizza Hut? The closest recipe I found so far is right here and super easy.

Made some pan pizza yesterday. Best recipe I found for a really good pan crust. Talking old-school Pizza Hut days. Late 70s style. Good memories. Used this recipe https://www.seriouseats.com/foolproof-pan-pizza-recipe but half was for my pan (pepperoni, mushroom, black olive, and jalapeño), then the other half was halved - one for a smaller pizza (a Basilita style for my wife) and the other for breadsticks filled with mozzarella cheese and topped with garlic parmesan butter. Sauce is homemade too. 🤌🤤
