El problema de diseñar las piezas en el ordenador donde puedes hacer el zoom que te dé la gana es que pierdes de vista la escala.

Así te ves luego con piezas con detalles de una fracción de milímetro y que tienes que montar con estas manos que parecen un ramo de salchichones.

Contento tras comprobar que la cortadora es capaz de reproducir los cortes minúsculos de mi tarjeta de visita.

La diseñé para hacer en corte láser "tostando" los textos. Ahora los imprimo enganchando un rotulador al cabezal de la máquina.

I'm in the English Department at Grinnell College. I started out in #romanticism but have taught and published on Early Modern, Eighteenth Century, Romantic, Victorian, and Modern literature.

I also teach digital methods for literary study and other areas of #digitalhumanities. I'm creating a new course on #bookhistory and the future of the book.
