Here's a super-easy math-art technique anyone can do with a basic plotting program. Just draw a bunch of circles with center location and radius defined by parametric equations. This one is:

x = cos(t+1) + cos^3(17t+π/2) / 1.2
y = sin(t+1) + cos^3(17t) / 1.2
r = sin^2(4t)/8

4000 circles with t ranging from 0 to 2π.

The unexpected best seller was actually the #parametric vases. Lots of surprise they are recycled plastic rather than ceramic. (Though I would love to get my hands on a 3DPotter arm and print some clay versions.) #3DPrinting
