#ParamountPlus is in early development on a TV series adaptation of the classic sci-fi comedy film #GalaxyQuest, executive produced by the film's producer #MarkJohnson. As it is still early, there is no outline or writer as of yet. #ParamountTV has been attempting to launch a 'Galaxy Quest' series for about eight years. A sequel movie had been set up at #Amazon but the project fell apart when #AlanRickman died. #PaulScheer and #SimonPegg, have also taken a stab at the TV series project.
