*collapses into a puddle after locking the manuscript away* Now to forget this thing exists for at least a couple of months.

I have now written just shy of 4,000 words today, and I'm still not done. Good christ. Luckily the end is very, very close.

No one is paying attention now. The multiple eyes inside this beast which wears the corpse of what was once good broadcast their signals to a system that is incapable of retrieving them. A system hijacked by a brother and sister that are doing all they can to maintain a connection between the Observer and his family trapped within. But still, the camera watches, bears witness to the end.

Wrote 837 words in a session before lunch, and just finished another 1246, putting me at just over 2000 for today and I'm not done yet. Really hoping I can pull far enough ahead to have a slack off day before end of month.
