Any other #CourierService sends me an email when there are charges to pay on parcels but #ParcelForce, oh no, not Parcel Force, they send a letter in the post instead. For goodness sake.

@vivdunstan We gave up on #ParcelFarce. They kept claiming they left slips for us but we have been home the whole time and nothing's arrived. They overburden their delivery drivers with too many stops, and it's worth it for them to just write off the last several deliveries of their workday so they can get the van back to the depot.
