Where I work, much work is done by #Agency #Contractors and so people in the same role through different #Supplier agencies have different pay rates and #Benefits. Some are #Salaried and some are #Hourly and #Noncompete prevents #Workers from moving to a more favorable supplier. In one case, one contractor got #ParentalLeave while another in the same role in the same state did not because their supplier was too small to have it be mandatory.
