I call it "Crapplebee's" - it's going to be a mess of neighborhood sports bar appetizers circa 1995:

Pot stickers, calamari, spinach artichoke dip, pigs in blankets, nacho chili tots. Maybe some zesty honey chicken nuggets if it looks like not enough food.
