@serge #FountainPens are great for journaling at the desk in a large book, or the occasional formal meeting but they require a lot of love sometimes. I found that I could count on my #Lamy, #Pelikan, and #Nakmichi pens. All others pretty frequently let me down. In particular, #Parkerpen’s insistence on ventilating their caps means no Parker fountain pens for me.

This pen by #parkerpen is one of the best all round pens out there. It writes beautifully, nice and smooth. It’s also damn robust, this one went for a trip through our washing machine (it was in my pocket, my bad). It came out, and wrote straight away. Even after drying out it’s as smooth and elegant as it was beforehand. And, it didn’t leak blue ink throughout the washing. 😎 #pen #writer

My #ParkerSonnet #Ballpoint pen has developed a problem. Over time the threaded part that screws onto the lower barrel has become loose and has a lot of play. So now when the point is extended a gap shows up (just to the left of the gold band):

The pen’s two year warranty is expired. Should I send it in?
