Judge agreed that the order was irregular and made it clear Excel's claim was hogwash. Got my court costs, expenses, and loss of earnings back!
Really celar to me that the Government Parking Code of Practice needs to be implemented asap. Crap companies like #excel and the ropey #IPC need kixking into touch.
