Most of what they do is only aimed at collecting #revenue for the #state and themselves.

A north London council has made £1.8m from driving fines on one road over two years, out of £13m in total.
Data from a #FOI request shows 42% of tickets issued and 47% of all money from driving fines over the two years comes from just 10 roads across Harrow.
