Did a #parkwalk this morning and now it’s time for coffee, reading, gaming.

Tempted to start my own Divinity Original Sin 2 save. Only played it with other people so far.

Made it to the first #parkrun of the year. It was a #parkwalk today but glad I got out the house.
Thankfully the rain held off for the duration, and as one marshal helpfully pointed out, I’ve set a PB for the year and the only way is up!

@Beclfc @WendyMundy Yes, brilliant that he's taking part. ParkWalk is part of a culture change as much as for volunteers I think. I'm so pleased as I took my Dad after he had a stroke a few years back and he felt like he was holding everyone up, #parkwalk would have made it clear that he was really welcome

@Beclfc Has #parkwalk been launched at your #parkrun ? I know at Mote Park Parkrun having two ParkWalk volunteers has made a really positive difference to how people feel about walking at Parkrun. Last week at Malling Parkrun we had two people recovering from operations doing the walk as part of their physio.
