The five of us are THRILLED to have worked together to write a brilliant submission to the Parliamentary “Inquiry into plastic pollution in Australia’s oceans and waterways”.

Our acknowledgements sections are a real point of pride, as is the fact the voices of three , at different stages of their careers were given equally opportunity to contribute.

(*Oh Farley 🐶🙄👅🤣)

Submissions into the into Long COVID and Repeated COVID Infections close on 18 November 2022.

You can read more about it here: aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Busin

The process for lodging a submission is pretty simple, and made simpler by some online templates. This is an example: cleanerair.squarespace.com/ , but I note they take your personal details (Cleaner Air are not a government or regulated body), so if you aren't comfortable with that, you can just use their template in your own email.

Your response will be read and they will ask if you want it public, anonymised, or only read by the Comittee.

Personally, I think submissions such as these are better way to engage than letters to a local MP or Minister, since your voice is added to a larger, topical, and timely conversation.
