Dr Eileen OโReilly at #MSK ordered germline & somatic testing soon after Jayโs diagnosis with #PancreaticCancer, years before it was an #ASCO guideline. He was found to have a gBRCA1 mutation - targetable by #PARP inhibitor #olaparib - allowing a welcome chemo break. So grateful for the eight years we had post-diagnosis. #PancreasCancer
