Замутил жене #VPN на местной #VPS, чтобы не мучалась с помоечными впн-приложениями с рекламой и прочим дерьмом. И могла продолжать смотреть рекламу и прочее дерьмо (ладно, котиков) через #VPS.

Столкнулся с любопытным приколом: #lsblk и #parted показывают что диск 20гб, а #df – что он 3.7гб и занят на 100%. Заплатил за 20гб, а через некоторое время no space left on device меня расстроил. Написал в поддержку, за час починили, но подробностей не рассказали :(

Ставлю пирожок, что в rescue-режиме #resize2fs на корень натравили.

(It's actually not that shiny, I hope you've been patching since the last release of 3.2 back in 2014)

First #parted release in 5 years. v.3.2.153 available here - https://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/parted/

After a bit more feedback/testing from people it will become v3.3

My plan is to do more frequent releases in the future :)

Figured out what I broke in #parted. Wrote past the end of the struct by changing things I should have just left alone.

Well no parted 3.2.152 today. Found a coredump on i686 at the very last second (thanks to running a scratch build on Fedora). Wish I'd found that sooner. #parted #fedora

In today's episode of 'hey I will also add a test for this bugfix' I discovered that parted's test suite wasn't running the built version of partprobe. Which explains why the new test I added was failing with fix in place.

Took longer to track that down than to write the fix and the test.
