Maybe #House #Democrats can announce (and then actually do!) that they'll keep up a steady stream of motions to vacate the chair - no-confidence votes for #McCarthy or whoever the current #Republican speaker is - unless and until the House expels the lying #liar. 🚫👖🔥

(Which, as you said, requires enough #Republicans to break the code of #PartyOverCountry and join a 2/3 majority.)

No recall vote in NY and it takes 2/3rds of the House to vote him out. Republicans know the seat will flip if they do and with the 4 vote majority, they will mot expell him.
