- created a gpg key
- created a password store attached to the gpg key
- configured passforios to access my store git repo with new ssh keys
- setup iOS default password app to Passforios
Todo:
- check how to make the multiline feature useful (multi-field)
- make the Firefox addon work
- check if its possible to have images encrypted
Still some more work before I can ditch #1Password it seems...

I use #passwordstore, but unfortunately, it's a bash script which doesn't work well on #windows. A good excuse to try out #coalton, which is an embedded #haskell like language for #commonlisp! Not exactly production ready quality, but good enough for me.
Coalton is a really nice pragmatic language and gives the "best of both worlds" feeling.

- portable
- has a quite minimal dependency graph and relies on utilities I already use (git, gpg)
- integrates easily in my shell, emacs, qutebrowser workflow
- works across all of my devices
which makes it a good example of minimal and useful tooling that does one thing in a good enough way.

#PasswordStore is excellent, built on common standards, and works cross-platform with a variety of client programs.
#KeePassXC has its own format, and a more coherent user interface and browser integration.
Definitely never entrust any credentials to a proprietary system or unaccountable corporation.

Both Pass-browser and Browserpass are current extensions for Firefox, but neither allow syncing password database from a hidden git repository.
