I upgraded my #pastamaker to a Philips #Avance because there are so many cool dies / shapes available for it, and today, a new one arrived. It's called Giant Lotus, and I wanted it to try and make #dumplings with it, and it worked! Squeee! #cooking

I am still obsessed with my vintage Popeil #pastamaker. I have about 15 shapes/ dies for all kinds of things now but funnily enough we love the spaghetti the most. Today, I used chickpea flour, bread flour and semolina flour, an added egg and juice of mustard greens and turnip greens. The “sauce” is those greens, tomatoes, breakfast sausage, and hummus for creaminess. There is some Tahini and lime zest in there too. #yum #dinner #food #cooking
