I had to plate for an 🥴🥴🥴iNfLuEnCeR🥴🥴🥴 party last night. FOH staff comes into the pastry kitchen to see 25 plates of chocolate mousse and sabayon laid out and they were like, “Oh they’re not eating these. There is nothing that will fit in those dresses. Btw, so many dead animals in there.” (referring to their furs)

This is a huge career high for me, by the way. I thought I was gonna be a commis forever and never ever good enough to ascend the hierarchy to finally create and develop my own ideas. I not only worked my ass off, but sacrificed more things in my life than I probably should have to get here.

I fucked up 8kgs of mascarpone mousse today. I know how uncouth this sounds, but in the industry, we call this eating a dick ☹️
