A Cornish Pasty factory has installed a 131.2kw solar system which will supply at least 20% of it's yearly power needs. More impressively, on one very sunny day, it met 98% of their power needs at that point!

Now that #boston's last pasty shop has closed, it's time to get better at home made pasties.
These are Lancashire butter pie pasties. So vegetarian. I think they might have needed more salt, but we'll see tomorrow. @mairin and @teruterubozu are hopefully going to taste test.

Spent a splendid three hours on a wildlife cruise on the river #exercise starting from #Exmouth. Lucky with the weather - bright, blue sky and no rain. Plenty of birds to see and three Grey and one Common seal.
