His 1:1 started yesterday. Observing for low but will probably start working with him next week. 🤞🤞🙏

The first time #Rumsfeld explained the process of #pathologizing a desire to leave an #abuser I was 5 years old. He of course used Black history and women"s rights struggles to do so.
Even at 5 I understood how sick he was. 'I'm a Blackhole, you can never fill me. I just consume." He told me as he justified molestation, enslavenent, trafficking. He "died peacefully" they claim. #pandorasbox #pandora

They place themselves in that position. When #advocating, it’s to offset that power and remind them there is a human being they’re passing judgement on, #pathologizing.
Any #doctor or #administrator that loses sight of their #power and #perspective builds ire credit with me, and a debt of #trust.
