Holy SHIT, never before have I read a True Crime book like #illbegoneinthedark by #MichelleMcnamara with additional writing by #paulhaynes and #billyjensen and featuring #paulholes who raved about Michelle's talents, calling her his "investigative partner". This book is a case study on #TheGoldenStateKiller , who unfortunately was not caught at the time of Michelle's unfortunate passing and subsequent publishing of the hardback edition of her book. In a too strange to be fiction twist, he was caught and revealed, while #pattonoswalt and her family, as well as others involved in the research, were at a conference for the book. All this is revealed in the addendum added to the paperback edition, which I am glad I bought now. While it's a shame she never got to see her obsession and dedicated research payoff, it's a testament to her and other cold case researchers that time and perseverance eventually pays off! Rest In Peace Michelle, they finally got him!!!
