Finished listening to that 2002 radio adaptation of "The Idiot." Absolutely smashed my heart into pieces, but my Gods it's extraordinarily beautiful and breathtakingly compassionate. I never stopped caring desperately about all the main characters, including the horrible ones. Really am going to have to read some Dostoevsky.
