Ok, #GenCon is over. Who’s thinking of going to #PaxUnplugged? It’s in Philadelphia, which isn’t far (relatively speaking) from me. I’m thinking of going for a day or two (maybe just a day trip) to keep the cost manageable.

Hotels booked for #SaveAgainstFear and #PaxUnplugged. Badges? We don't need no stinking badges!

Speaking of which, is anyone else planning on hitting #PAXUnplugged #pax #TTRPG #ttrpgcommunity

I've got a good friend who's relatively new to the TTRPG influencer space but it interested in paneling at #PAXUnplugged. They've got a combined audience of around 80k across TT/YT but aren't sure where to start to find a panel. Anyone have and advice I could pass along?

Disappointed that #PAXUnplugged decided not to do #covid safety this year. (The "Health & Safety" link on the website is broken, but they confirmed to me by email that there are no mask/vax reqs.)

There's so much we can do be safer. Quibble about vaccines and transmission if you want. Masks are unequivocally beneficial. CO2 sensors and extra ventilation would be better! https://publichealthpledge.com

While the postal worker tried to destroy them, our #Root pins arrived! Absolutely adorable, glad a friend was able to grab them from #paxunplugged .

I'm a fan of some board game reviewers, but I'm very much outside the board games industry loop.

So I'm kind of confused when people start talking excitedly about #PaxUnplugged, because to me PAX/Penny Arcade is the people who made a rape joke and then doubled down on it by printing Team Dickwolf t-shirts.

Am I missing some important piece of context? Or is everyone just excited to hang out with the dickwolf dudes?
