This new pay transparency/pay gap legislation in the EU is good; I expect to see more countries follow this to some degree. It's good to see some serious efforts taken to resolve these issues. Will be good to see the detailed reporting requirements - I imagine some HR/Payroll systems will need to be updated to comply.
