I don't think many nonprofit admins follow me here, but I'm just going to put this out there: If you want my donations, don't overpay your executives. I just gave a nice chunk of cash to Radio Ambulante in part because founder & host Daniel Alarcon, gets a solid but not crazy salary, under USD 150k.
