The nurses deserve a better pay rise as do the doctors and many other professions.
During my time as a paramedic, I attended five victims struck by trains, murder victims, dead children and young people: I have an excellent memory and recall, which means I can see and remember every one. I suppose PTSD was inevitable.

Today I’m thinking about the wonderful nurses who cared for my sister in ICU and how one in particular sought out my niece who was overwhelmed and helped her spend some precious moments with her mother before she passed. This nurse cared for the whole family. #paythenurses
