At the way #HigherEducation is #paywalled in the #USA it's cheaper for those wanting to study to #migrate to #Germany, buy a condo, learn german and enroll at a University in Germany and they'd still have far less debt in their name and likely be eligible to naturalization at the time they do their Masters Thesis by virtue of 8 years being a legal resident...

Killing #CentOS and barring #OracleLinux was more of "glock-leg" / "shooting themselves in the foot" of #RedHat and IMHO it should get RHEL to decline in adoption similar to #grsecurity when they #paywalled access to their #SourceCode.
I think it's a bad move even tho no #GPL version demands said sourcecode to be publicly accessible to everyone.
