Zoom never had options that worked smoothly for tipjars, etc, but the #payWhatYouCan #payWhatItsWorthToYou model is one I very much want to invest time in. Zoom forces me down a ticket route. Which has its place in some of my live events, but it looks like #owncast is going to give me so much flexibility. Hell, I remember setting up Icecast servers 10-15 years ago, nothing like this. Awesome :-)

I use open source software. Today I realised I don't usually pay for open source software.
