I used to use NewEgg a long time ago to get PC parts but my understanding is they changed ownership and customer service is much worse than it used to be. I also really don’t want to use Amazon. I’ve heard iffy stuff about shipping from Microcenter too, unfortunately.
Are there any decent PC part sellers left out there? I’d really like to get a new build stated. (In the USA.)

Need some comments about Asus PN52, 64GB RAM, 256GB SSD for OS (Debian), 1 TB SSD for data and apps, 4TB for extra data and long term projects.
Sick of issues with small screen laptops and their hinges.
Thanks in anticipation of feedback.
Recalling that rare moment when both [DIY Perks] and [Linus Tech Tips] did invisible PC builds at the same time, releasing their videos within days of each other as if they had planned it

It’s slowly coming together. In lieu of all text, I will explain that it is a petrol blue fractal design Focus G PC case. Next photo is an Asrock B550 taichi motherboard still in the foam but out of the box with the box underneath. Next is side angle of PC case with its $80 Amazon table with mug holding some pens/pencils, a desk fan and various things setting on it. Then there is the processor in a box. The box is at slight angle and the sealed label says ryzen 7 5700G. #computers #pcBuild

So I'm starting to look into buying a new #graphicscard for my pc. I've had my GTX 1080 for about 6-7 years now, I think. It's been a lovely GPU, 0 issues, and is still able to run current games smoothly at high settings. But it is getting dated, so I'm starting to look at upgrade options.
With EVGA no longer making GPUs, and me not wanting to spend $1000 on a new one, I'm currently looking at a RX 6800 XT. I'll need to get a new PSU as well. *sigh*

Just received and installed my new #graphicscard, and now my first #PCbuild using all unused components is complete! It's no beast but I don't play many demanding games anyway. I'm looking forward to seeing how it handles high-end #emulation.
Codename: Jove
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: Radeon 6500 XT
RAM: 16GB 3600 CL16
SSD: 500GB NVMe M.2
PSU: 600W 80+ Gold
MoBo: Tuf Gaming B550M-Plus WiFi II

Moved my graphics cards around again.
Now they are both in the PCs that they fit best with; my GTX 1080 in my i7-4790K system in the living room, and my low profile GTX 1650 in my HP ProDesk that now lives under my bed for use with my 15.6" OLED monitor at night.
That leaves my most modern #PCbuild unusable as its R5 5600 doesn't have integrated graphics. I did however install an M.2 SSD in it before all this so I could use my SATA SSD in the HP ProDesk.
Now I just need one more graphics card...
I'm a dumbass. Doing a new #pcbuild, and I need 128GB. Check the motherboard compatibility list for 2x64GB modules. Get two sets, build, and the system is unstable. Hmm, runs with two modules, but memtest shows errors with four modules. Works with 3 modules. Must be a bad module, buys another set. Same problem. Turns out the MB is only compatible with two not four of these modules. Dang, now I have to order the slower 4x64 set on the list and am stuck with six 32GB modules on my desk :(

I've looked forward to that day for 3 years now! I believe I've saved myself about easily over £500 by being patient. #TechNextDay deserve a shout-out! On the day I knew 3 months prior to I was getting my Suprim X 4090 they released a offer for £100 less than anywhere else in UK. Then I knew I could relax with the parts. I cannot wait to build this. I've had the same Laptop for nearly 10 years now. GPU is horrible! I have a lot of games building up over the years! #Excited!! #PC #PCBuild

I've recently discovered Mr. Matt Lee's amazing YT channel channel. Each PC he builds is unique and incredibly stunning. Professionally (and beautifully) shot with no words. He also has a unique way of showing the PC’s airflow. Trust me, you’ll dig this.
