341 followers · 631 posts · Server tacobelllabs.netToday I learned about “double depression”, which is when you have Persistent Depressive Disorder (#PDD) and Major Depressive Disorder (#MDD). I’ve been formally diagnosed with MDD (fluctuates between severe/moderate) by multiple doctors and informally diagnosed with PDD by a therapist. It would explain why my baseline is depression with episodes of worse depression every couple years. Knowing doesn’t change treatment (it’s the same no matter what type of #depression) but it’s still interesting.

It’s Public Domain Day 2023 and lots of interesting works from 1927 are entering the public domain. Newly PD films I’d recommend are Metropolis (Fritz Lang), Wings (William A.
