Went down to Portland’s pride parade and festival today with my best friend and her two boys. Very different thinking about the festivities through a kid’s eyes. Less meaning, more color, but also more subtle self-expression. Portland showcased a fantastic representation of the queer community today. And yet somehow I only got 3 reactions of recognition for my cheeky tank top 🤷🏼‍♂️ #PDXpride
