When I think about it, these 3 are the ultra violent schlock of our time. It should feel normal. There's just something that seems a tiny bit off going from purely 80s goofy violent schlock to 3 running active shows. I'd bet it's earnest but there's something about advertising a running show that feels more awkward than just "Yeah, Robocop would be fun to have in MK".

After the 5th episode, it occurred to me that HBO Max's Peacemaker did a more interesting, more taut Secret Invasion storyline with clearer stakes and better character work than the MCU's Secret Invasion. What a missed opportunity.

Consider this a win? #HBOMax/#DCEntertainment series #DeadBoyDetectives -- a sort-of spin-off from #DoomPatrol -- has a new home: #Netflix. The series is shifting platforms because it does not fit within the new DC Universe created by #JamesGunn and #PeterSafran which will have five inter-connected series to go with #Peacemaker. #HBOMax would also not have been able to market the show until 2024, so permission was given to shop the series elsewhere. No premiere date has been set at this time.
