I was reading the food & drink section of a newspaper and came upon something that
- I had never made before &
- looked fun (and easy) to do.

So, these are deep-fried peanut clumps in a spicy coating.

The recipe is too long for the main text, so I took two pics with pure (recipe & instruction) text - so the last two pics don't come with alt text.
