If I were on birdsite, I'd explain to #OPB that the answer to the question is obvious to anyone living or visiting the #PearlDistrict.
Observant people will notice that around sunset the #crows come flying in from all over, creating a sky full of tens of thousands of crows dancing about for a half hour before they settle into the urban blocks. Then, just before sunrise, they take to the skies, do their half-hour dance, then take off for the burbs.

They do this twice a day -- once in the morning when they wake up and again at night before they go to sleep.
How you feel about thousands of crows flying above your head might depend on whether or not you've seen Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds.
