Had my city beater bike in for headset replacement at my favourite #LBS, Seabass Cycles in #PeckhamRye, and my-oh-my what a huge difference it makes to have a smoothly operating headset. Much more than I expected it could.

The headset was pretty beat up already when I bought the bike three years ago, and two years ago I replaced the bearings, but the races were just too pitted and it was feeling properly indexed as of late. Almost comically so.
