I gave into my curiosity & visited Pike St between 1st & 2nd which I found is only PARTIALLY car-free (car access from alley behind Target onto Pike going east). It’s a good start, but it definitely needs more seating & shade; trees are planned, but umbrellas now would be great especially with the hot weather this week
