@lofenyy For something you can pick up and play, yet with replay value, I'd highly recommend the demo of #peglin (available on #gog).

Another great pick up and play game is #diceydungeons.

On #DOS, Prehistorik and Prehistorik 2 might interest you, as might Ufouria on the #NES, Pop n Twinbee: Rainbow Bell Adventure on the #SNES and Space Station Silicon Valley on the #N64.
