Of course, the 'recall' in obedience is not a group event, so the circumstances would be quite different to the dog.

It's been raining. What do you do when you're a dog walker & it's raining? You walk the dogs you were hired to walk in the rain, until the sun comes again to remind you that it won't rain all the time.
I learned years ago that I am NOT made of sugar & therefore will not melt. Some of my clients don't feel the same way, but after a bit, they relent & enjoy the outing.
