Yesterday I went for another trike ride around Toowoomba. Only 21 km. I zigzagged around and stopped at a hardware store.
I then stopped outside Millbrook house which is very run down and has builder's signs on the front fence.
I parked the trike outside the gate and sketched the view through the gate.

This morning I drove over to East Toowoomba to sketch. It was a bit windy so I parked in the shade of a tree and sketched the view from the driver's seat.

I rode around Toowoomba this morning and managed 42 km. Before I went home I stopped and sketched a house that has a mansard roof. A very unusual style for Toowoomba.

This morning I rode a meandering route around Toowoomba. As I sat at the lights in Margaret St a bloke crossing the street stopped and talked to me about recumbent trikes. He said that he was building one. He would have kept talking but his wife called him to hurry up!
I then looped around and stopped for lunch at the Finch in Ruthven St. I sat outside and sketched the view.
As I sketched a couple stopped and asked me about the trike. He'd had a back injury and couldn't ride a regular bike.
After lunch I rode around looking for something else to sketch. I found a shady tree to sit under and sketched a house in Lindsay St.
My final stop before going home was at the bakery at Eastville for another coffee.

This afternoon I drove over to Ramsay St and sketched an old house I've had my eye on for ages.
The only way to get a good view is to sit on the nature strip next to the driveway and look through the gate.
When I finished, I packed up and put my gear in the car. I couldn't find my pens! I searched my gear and walked back to where I was sitting. I went back to the car and tipped everything out. The pens were in a pocket I'd searched!

This afternoon I stopped at Picnic Point to sketch. I walked down a walking track and sketched the cliff face with the park above.
I then sketched some flowers in a flower bed. While I was sketching two different people I knew walked past and stopped for a chat. One from the Toowoomba Art Society and then one from the BUG.
The sky was grey and when it started to spit I packed up and went home.

A ride in a loop from Toowoomba down the range along Silver Pinch Rd to the T-junction and then back up Flagstone Creek Rd to Toowoomba.
I stopped to sketch at the T-junction and then stopped again for coffee at The Barn before the climb up the range.
