Dear people who enjoy penises,
Have you measured, or do you know the length and girth of your favorite cock? What are your thoughts about dick size?
In erotica, most of the cocks are massive, but is that really what y'all want in real life?

I have not seen any claim that co-author Chuck Thompson is a professor. Xyr own autobiography claims degrees in history and #journalism, and a career as a magazine editor.
Daniel C. Richardson and Joseph T. Devlin are listed as professors, at #UniversityCollegeLondon. But John S. Hogan is not, and seems to be a Ph.D. candidate there, although #UCL's WWW site is not totally clear.

And the the third thing about this study is that it's dated 2023-01-10, and co-author Chuck Thompson has a book coming out on 2023-01-17 that talks about what led up to it, that is _already_ (before publication) the first result in a Google Books search.
How conveniently timed for this to hit social media now!

The second thing about this study that struck me was its indication, albeit without a thorough review of the literature, that there were decades of literature discussing possible causalities before anyone had determined that there was a real effect in the first place.
It does make me wonder how much of this is self-fulfilling. The very prevalence of literature on the topic may well have resulted in the measured effect.

The first thing about this study was that it was a lot more careful than I thought that it was going to be.
But the problem with some fields is that the research is all too often done once and then cited ad nauseam, rather than being independently replicated multiple times. (Witness the common claim about the accuracy of Wikipedia versus Britannica _still_ being based upon just one study of 42 articles in 2005.) More research needed. Again.
