I found this 666 page book of tales, #PennyDreadfuls: Sensational Tales of Terror compiled by Stefan R. Dziemianowicz. All authors we know…Edgar Allan Poe, Bram Stoker, Arthur Conan Doyle etc. plus two full novels. Mary Shelley’s 1881 version of #Frankenstein and #SweeneyTodd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. I’ve never read Sweeney Todd and I’m definitely looking forward to this version of Frankenstein. #horror #bookstodon
