The stranger who found it looked through it, found my wife's phone (flip phone at the time), found the contact "Dad" and called him. My father-in-law called me and brokered a meeting to return the bag to us!

A girl with green hair and a leather jacket got out, carrying a ukulele. I have to hope and assume that she was there to serenade someone she misses.
