If you want to let people go depending on arbitrary tests, you obviously don’t know your people.
But you DO know that your people managers have no clue neither about the people, they’re responsible for or what it is required to be a people leader.
Thus: Start by letting your people managers go. They’re obviously not worth their paychecks.
